[ Edited ] So sorry I got the wrong restaurant, it's actually Pure Heart Vegetarian @ Puchong. Cedar, 香椿 [noun.] Any conifer that typically yields fragrant, durable timber. Therefore cedar fried rice is a common Chinese vegetarian (which also happens to be vegan) dish in Southeast Asian countries like Malaysia, Singapore etc. It's exceptionally fragrant and delicious, just give it a try 😄
