cauliflower wings

The most perfectly breaded cauliflower wings I’ve ever had, with the most delicious Chile + Garlic Sauce. Just as good to-go as they are while dining in. 10/10 recommend. ✨

i didn’t know what to expect when ordering these cauliflower wings, but i was pretty impressed with what i got. i enjoyed the crispy exterior, and i thought that the sizes of the wings themselves were very good—they were bite sized and the breading didn’t disconnect when taking a bite. the dipping sauces on the side were also helpful in keeping the wings themselves from becoming soggy. the flavor of these (sauce less) very closely resembles what i would remember to be typical bar wings, and that is something i really like about them.
