Cauliflower Tacos

Yum! I had a great final evening in Ojai and these taco mad it even better! I loved the crusted cauliflower as well as the crunchy veggies and avocado salsa. I really was not a huge fan of the cashew cheese, but the again I don’t like cheese!

These tacos are great. The cauliflower is crispy and well-seasoned and simply delicious. The tacos also have a great cashew cheese, avocado sauce, cabbage, raddish amd seeds on a yummy corn tortilla. This is a great full meal, even though it’s less expensive than other items on the menu. If you find yourself at The Nest, try them!
