Cauliflower Steak with Apple, Mushrooms, Spinach

Very good dish. Tasted wonderful! I loved the perfect ballance beetween the sweet apple and the mushtooms and the colliflower.

Cooked to perfection. The skill from the kitchen was obvious with this dish as the cauliflower was neither too crunchy nor too soft. Very filling! #ashers
