This consisted of shio koji marinated and griddled cauliflower steak served with caramelized onion-fennel-cauliflower-miso purée, crispy shallots, rosemary, parsley, and hazelnut chili crisp. Richly flavorful, it was fabulous. It’s a special for Veganizer PDX’s World Vegan Month celebration and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network. Excellent brunch experience. This was Roast cauliflower steak griddled, served with caramelized onion-fennel-cauliflower-miso puree, fried shallot, rosemary, parsley, and hazelnut chili crisp. So much flavor!
