Cashew Cheese Beet raviolo

Spaziali! Ravioli di barbabietola con formaggio di anacardi su letto di pesto e croccante... Stupendi.

I'm not a huge fan of beetroot, but I really recommend these ravioli, because it's taste, combined with the cashew cheese is super good

This was good: raw beets with a yummy and creamy cashew cheese and roasted hazelnut pesto. Wasn’t out of this world but a good appetizer and went well with their homemade bread!
