Capricciosa Pizza

We had the 1-1 vegan pizza pasta.. and boy, was it worth it! The pizza dough was chewy and there were so many ingredients! I really loved the yellow tomatoes!

This is one of the veganisable pizza options, without cooked ham and mozzarella cheese. Topped with purple artichokes, shimeji mushrooms, Leccino olives, and San Marzano plum tomatoes. 🍕🍄🫒🍅 TBH I personally found this slightly bland, perhaps because the key savoury elements were removed and not replaced with plant-based substitutes. That said, the ingredients were pretty premium, and it did get more exciting with a drizzle of chilli oil served on the side! 🌶️ Shout-out to the pizza dough made in-house from scratch with extra virgin olive oil and freshly baked in a wood-fired oven!
