Amazing calzone. Light and flavorful. Side of sauce is perfect. I stuffed mine with black olive and vegan sausage

Honestly too much ricotta, it kinda made me nauseous. It would be better if it was like a pizza calzone or even a pasta one cause it already has like half the ingredients for lasagna that would be bomb
