Caesar Salad

This was the most complex and involved caesar salad I've ever had. It came with three dishes! In the main salad bowl was the expected wedges of baby gem lettuce, parmesan, housemade croutons, and the creamy wakame dressing. The smallest dish had eggplant anchovy and capers. I've never really eaten anchovies before, so I wasn't the most excited for these, but they were pretty nifty! The eggplant just had a soft oily texture that I thought was nice when mixed into the salad with the other ingredients. It was even nice on its own! Seed to Surf, get on the eggplant anchovy train! The last plate held the chipotle chicken skewer. This chicken was so juicy and tender. The chipotle seasoning was really nice and slightly sweet. The taste was absolutely fabulous! But the presentation made it difficult to mix in the dressing and actually enjoy the salad.

Don’t know why, but I could not stop eating this salad, it was just ridiculously delicious 😋, everything was perfect (except I could have used a little extra dressing)
