Burger

I’ve had nothing but the best food in Belgium 🙌 I thought we had in good in Singapore until the best #burger place ever shut down https://www.abillion.com/restaurants/singapore-love-handle-10481996 😔 but this just puts every #veganburger I’ve had in South East Asia to shame 😳 The #patty is a #seitan based, #homemade, which they then #batter and fry all that’s good and holy out of it and then pair it with what they dub a #bacon style #tofu 🥓 in what may be the most ingenious pairing I’ve ever come across. The mix of textures made all the difference! 🍔 The #burgerbun is #brioche which is a word I do not understand but I liked it. You can pick between a side of a #salad or #fries 🍟 Even the salad was ridiculously good 💆‍♀️ This is why I dine at home in Singapore, I guess 😝 €18,00 for the whole meal #veganinbelgium #burgerlover
