Buffet Brunch

Another fully vegetarian buffet place with a lot of vega options. Love everything on their menu too (oh maybe skip their dessert tho, not a big fan of those)

After almost 2 years in Zurich I finally tried Tibits buffet! It’s difficult not to make a comparison with Hiltl, given the similarities of the formula and the dishes. Tibits is also a vegetarian restaurant that offers a buffet with a price based on weight. So the more you get on your plate the more you pay. During my visit I wasn’t super hungry so I gave 4 very small portions of: a fennel and orange salad, vegan tartar, späzli with mushrooms and celery tonnato. Every tasted amazing and was really good quality. I have to say the tartar is probably even better than Hiltl’s one. For this plate I paid 13 CHF. The restaurant was a little busy but not chaotic. Tra le tappe culinarie inserite in questo breve viaggio a Zurigo c’era anche lui, il tibits! È un locale che serve un buffet vegetariano (anche se è quasi interamente vegano). Si divide in due locali; uno dove fare brunch/ colazione e uno che è più ristorante. Io ho provato il brunch domenicale e mi è piaciuto tantissimo! Il prezzo un po’ meno… 25€🥶 💸 Però era davvero completo… io ho fatto un mix di un po’ di tutto (i formaggi nel piatto non sono veg) Tutto è servito fresco e c’è anche la possibilità di prendere il cibo d’asporto all’interno di contenitori compostabili! Buffet brunch served on Sundays with a wide variety of dishes, including Birchermüsli, vegan sausages, peas and fruits. Tibits is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also offer desserts and a variety of drinks. Kid and dog friendly.
