Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

This has got to be one of the best ones I’ve had so far. It was crispy and not too spicy. Definitely will try again.

While I was in Austin, I couldn’t resist coming back to the Beer Plant to have these again and again. Even my omnivorous family members loved these wings. My favorite part is definitely the crispy breading, it’s tossed in a perfectly spicy sauce and brought with blue cheese and celery on the side. This appetizer is my number one favorite at the Beer Plant.

Amazing!!!! I’m not a big cauliflower wing fan but these were so delicious. I went with a group of 10 people and we ordered 2 for the table as one of the apps. I was the only vegan and everyone loved them. They were super crispy, perfectly fried (not too much breading), their buffalo sauce is AMAZING and their bleu cheese was so similar to its non vegan counterpart.
