Third review of the day and this WAS the dish that I’ve been waiting for. I ate half of this and even taking home leftovers it was a couple pounds of perfect seasoning cauliflower, fresh vegetables and an avocado crema that floored me. I’ve been dairy free for years (still newbie vegan-adjacent) and haven’t found a way to make a crema and I’m now a convert. North Portland. The staff is wonderful as well, just saying.
