Breakfast Buffet

The breakfast buffet at La Vimea, is what every vegan deserves to find at a hotel’s breakfast buffet. Finally we have the same level of choice as omnivores! We can choose between salty and sweet with many different dishes to try: croissant, pancakes, scrambled tofu, quiches, multiple cakes, sandwiches, yoghurt, juices, home made jams, multiple kinds of spreads, fresh fruit and vegetables, cold cuts, different kinds of bread, muesli and cookies! And everything was delicious too! My personal favorites were the croissants (couldn’t force myself to just one per meal), the banana bread and the pancakes. The hotel offers half-board to all its guests so if you’re staying you’re definitely going to enjoy this. I cannot possibly put into words how INCREDIBLE the #breakfastbuffet at La Vimea is. Pastries? Perfect! Tofu scramble? Best I’ve ever had! Everything else? Unbelievably delicious! If you were looking for a sign to stay here and have it, this is it!

This is the ultimate breakfast buffet. It is a vegans dream breakfast. Everything was incredible and there is a mind blowing amount of variety. I think I managed to try everything in 3 days but didn’t need lunch on any of the days. #lavimeaveganhotel #veganhotel #veganrestaurant

The first time I stood in front of La Vimea’s vegan breakfast buffet, I was almost catatonic. Too much to choose from. So much FOMO!!! Haha Thankfully, across five days of breakfasts, I was able to sample most things. The main reason for our trip to Europe was to go stay at La Vimea! Videos of that buffet spread dragged me to Italy from halfway across the world. And it was totally worth it! A month later, I’m still dreaming about the huge variety of dips and baked goods.
