Breaded Oyster Mushrooms

Funghi (oyster) in pastella con cavolo, tofu affumicato, pomodorini e patate. Davvero una prelibatezza 🌱

It is served with fried cabbage with diced smoked tofu on top (as bacon substitute), some potatoes and only 2 tomatoes. I wish it was served with a refreshing salad instead. I usually like cabbage but I didn’t like the sides for this dish at all. But the mushrooms themselves were amazing!
