This appetizer was unique! I expected bread with a little cheese in it, but it was more like fried cheese. It had a great flavor but was a little chewy, probably from the vegan cheese. When researching vegan friendly places in #neworleans, I came across this place. The moment I spotted vegan brazilian cheesebread I knew I would be visiting. The appearance may look different than you’d expect but the interior texture/flavour was spot on. We ended up ordering multiple orders. I haven’t had this childhood food in years and it made my heart happy. #brazilian #vegancheese 😊

I have ordered vegan dish Bread with vegan cheese and balls or rather dumpling filled with cheese arrived. I was pleasantly surprised by the unconventional shape. The cheese tasted great but the dumplings were kind of raw and I not cooked enough. Or was it the intent?
