Blueberry Soy 'Cheeze' Tart

Ah I really liked this except the blueberries were a bit sour :( but apart from that, cheesecake is one of my favorites so I enjoyed this! Huge thank you again to abillion and Zerah for these sweet treats :) #veganisnotscary

A surprisingly tangy flavour in the “cheeze” - this was my mum’s favourite flavour of the tart trio! & of course v lovely fresh large blueberries 🫐 on top makes this tart an aesthetic winner. If possible, definitely eat this tgt with their dark choc tart for that perfect balance of sour sweet & dark flavours! #veganisnotscary #vegansasychallenge
