Blueberry Lemon Muffin

This muffin caught my eye as sweets tend to do! And it's not often I see blueberry muffins around that are vegan and gluten-free. This is not made in house but rather from another bakery in the island. It was moist and cake-like, pretty sweet and tasty. #berrylover
