Blueberry Farrow Salad & Cabbage rolls in a Coconut & Tomato Sauce

The BEST cabbage rolls I’ve ever had! Filled with brown rice and soy curls. Salad was such a treat with so many yummy ingredients. Also had the creamy asparagus soup which was delicious. I was stuffed to say the least!
