Blt

This BLT had marinated tempeh, mayonnaise, greens, avocado, and tomato. Tasted better than this poor quality picture might indicate. Filling comfort food!

I wish I took a better picture but the flavor was amazing with this sandwich. I’ve never had tempeh before ( it just never sounded appealing) but since I didn’t read the description and assumed it was coconut bacon, I ordered it. I was very impressed with the flavor and texture.
