Blondie Cake

holy shit, the texture was OUT OF THIS WORLD. ultra dense & fudgy!! taste wise it was honestly way too sweet for me, i couldn't taste any mocha flavour. but that texture was definitely a huge win!!! 🥳😍

This was the Mocha GF + vegan cake from Green Table. The mocha flavor was subtle, which I enjoyed. The buttercream frosting was incredible... extremely sweet though! The cake was moist and slightly dense (they use chickpea flour which is interesting to me). I would definitely order this again!

All these cakes had different types of frosting... mocha, vanilla and pitaya! I can always count on Green Table Cafe for delicious yet guilty free desserts
