Birria Platter

Erd mah GERD!!! This might be the perfect dish!! 4 birria tacos with a side of dipping broth. served on a corn tortilla with a layer of melted vegan cheese. Topped with onion & cilantro. Seriously, I’ll make the trip just to have these tacos… far beyond AH-mazing!!!
