Binbimbap

Quite a nice combination of mixed Korean vegetables with soft brown rice. Credits goes to the deep fried king oyster mushroom that was marinated and cut thinly. It’s crunchiness goes well with bibimbap.

Am I the only one who sneaks photos of fam/friends’ good to review hahahahha #forthedollar I’d say this is one of the healthier dishes on the menu ! Dad didn’t like the kimchi lol

Surprisingly tasty! Looks simple and didn't expect much but the flavour is just nice and not overpowering. Fried king oyster mushroom with kimchi on the side complement the dish very well. Glad I ordered this dish!

Hotstone bibimbap with 5-grain rice and fried oyster mushroom on the side. Very filling, delish and love the crunchy burnt rice at the base. Part of the 4-course menu ($25.80++)
