A 5 star dish that looks and tastes like a big breakfast! The vegan eggs were amazing!

Delish plant based version of a classic breakfast!

First time trying vegan poached eggs! Loved every bit of this plate. Would have liked for the hash browns to be homemade, on the menu they cost an additional $6 per hash brown which seems far too expensive. Overall delicious and beautiful presentation.

The vegan poached eggs were pleasantly interesting! The egg white had a slight sweetness and a texture pretty close to the real thing. I think it felt more agar agar/jelly-like compared to real egg white. The yolk although wasn't close to the real thing, still tasted pretty good! I think it was pumpkin based seasoned with turmeric and some other spices? The vegan bacon was pretty good too, the ham-ish flavour definitely came through!👍🏻
