On paper, this burger seemed wonderful… sadly the patty was extremely overcooked (a bit burnt even)… and the hummus was very strong (not in a good way) so those two took over everything else, I was barely able to taste the other ingredients.
I was able to separate some of the ingredients at the end and I can tell you that their mozzarella-style cheese was EXQUISITE and the wholegrain buns were more than perfect.
