This wasn’t my favoriteeee burger, but it was a nice alternative to the typical beyond burger or impossible burger. The texture was more “plant” like, but it still managed to fulfill the burger cravings.

Lovely burger although was not the “best vegan burger” as the name implies. I was more impressed by the presentation and originality of this dish.
