Berenjenas en escabeche

This was a free starter we were given before we ordered. The pickled eggplant was delicious and the tomatoes and bread were flavourful and went well with it. #eggplant #jenandryesagavemoon

We got this as a #freesample before our dinner, which was really nice of them. The dish itself was quite flavourful and the owner told us it was an Argentinian-inspired dish. #jenandryesagavemoon
