herb tofu benedict was delicious& the hollandaise was perfectly portioned and extremely well executed. i would totally recommend this dish

This dish was excellent as far as presentation goes. The tofu was perfectly fried, but I would have liked it a bit more seasoned. The seitan was slightly soft for my preference. Overall it is a solid dish.
