Beetroot

The flavours of this dish are amazing! Everything was fresh, light and perfectly balanced. Really enjoy the creaminess of the cashew cream cheese they used. The only downside was that the portion size was a bit small.

Beautifully presented but I'm afraid it wasn't my favourite. It was overpriced for what you get and the flavour was lacking. After adding a sprinkle of salt, I did like the beetroot pieces and the BBQ beetroot 'puree' which was actually more like dehydrated beetroot. 🤷‍♀️ #beetroot #starter #vegan #veganin2020

Beetroot starter, vegan option. Baby beets, beet chips, bbq beetroot purée, fennel dressing, & orange. Really enjoyed this!! Found it light and full of textures & flavours that worked together.
