Vegan Singapore Phish Slaw

I loooved this dish! The pineapple, the slaw, the battered tofu, the crispy noodles on

top that went down after pouring the spicy peanut sauce on top, the rice noodles at the bottom - filling but refreshing for summer! A must have!
