These were my FAVORITE noodles. I've never had anything like them. The noodles themselves and the sauce was delicious. They had peas, corn and baby Bochy. They also has vegan beef pieces made from dehydrated soy that were incredible! I don't know what kind of sauce they used, but were sweet and savory. I will definitely order these again.
