Allora io a questa pasticceria voglio molto bene perché ci sono stata per la prima volta con mia mamma e perché è totalmente vegana e #glutenfree #fullyvegan #100percentplantbased Tuttavia debbo ammettere che c'è un bel potenziale inespresso: trattandosi di preparazioni di pasticceria moderna, la realizzazione dovrebbe essere molto più curata. Ad esempio questa banoffee aveva lo strato di caramello sbrodolante sulla base e in generale tutte le monoporzioni non avevano un bell'aspetto. This was really tasty. I enjoyed the combination of banana and caramel and pecan, less fond of the creamy bit on top but it was nice. This was such a beautiful pastry! It tasted quite good, but unfortunately not too much like banoffee pie, it was missing the toffee and the ginger snap! But I did enjoy it and it was so great to find a vegan bakery in Nice!
