Banana Pancakes

By fair my favourite pancakes! 💯 LOVE that they use buckwheat flour! The whole dish is completely plant-based (and so is rest of the menu) and is more delicious than any other pancakes I've ever eaten. Perfect size and beautiful presentation. Absolutely delicious! Sweet but not too sweet. Saucy and fluffy with yummy ice cream and a nut crunch.

Delicious and super fluffy banana pancakes with coconut ice cream on top. Loved the caramelised bananas in there! The ice cream was rich and thick, and went so well with the pancakes 🥞
