Vegan Rasta Pasta

This was a really good dish overall. Beautiful presentation and I enjoyed all the elements

except the aubergine - it was just a bit too charred for my liking and left a slightly bitter taste. The pasta, avo, broccoli, creamy vegan cheese and dressing were all really tasty and made for an exciting and satisfying dish.

Pretty good value at R115.
The service at Banana Jam was great! Had a lovely evening there :)

Great combo of veggies. A bit much on the oily side.

Tried to like this one but couldn't. Basically needed me to eat all the different

components in each mouthful to get a balanced taste otherwise something tasted meh. The broccoli wasn't cooked enough and was hardish.
