Back home in Bali and eating my favourite local dish: nasi campur. Loved Bali Buda's
take on this traditional dish; sans fake meat, served with sprouts, long beans, leafy greens, a delicious tofu in sambal, serondeng (sweet shredded coconut) brown rice, and all very nutritious. Will be back for more! #veganbali
