B.L.T Sandwich

was so happy this was available cos it was sold out the previous time i came! anyways presentation was really good and was very shocked by the huge portion size which was unexpected at the price range ($16) at such a high class place,, anyways tHIS WAS SUCH A GOOD DISH firstly the sprouted onion buckwheat bread was not like normal bread, more like a whole meal bread kind of thing that was really nicely seasoned, with some avocado tahini almond spread that made it really nicely creamy, and the fresh cucumber and tomato that were bursting and refreshing, and the mycoprotein chicken was really nice in texture, overall everything went really well together, the tastes and textures complemented each other so well! and the kale chips were sooo good they had like sesame seeds and something else maybe nooch that gave it a nice savoury sort of cheesy flavour , and the other dehydrated chips which had some sort of spice (cinnamon?) overall a really really great dish :)

Sprouted buckwheat onion bread, coconut bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, tahini, dehydrated chips. Must try! It’s worth it. I have no clue why I get so full after each meal which looks unassuming light
