This is a great option for avocado lovers. You have the option of focaccia bread or Superfood veggie bread, both gluten-free. I chose the veggie bread and had them toast it a little longer.
The textures and flavors combine very well here. The veggie bread is earthy and rustic. Avocado, tomato and micro greens are added, giving a wonderful fresh tasting aspect to the toast. Balsamic vinegar and oil are drizzled to add some pickling sensation/flavor, while the black pepper adds spice and the Himalayan salt brings out and meld all the flavors together.
This is priced at $9.99 plus tax. A little on the higher side, but definitely worth it once in a while.
