This was a delicious and innovative example of the amazing ways that jackfruit can replace

meat. The jackfruit was accompanied by cashew zhoug sauce, amba, pickled onion, and served on matzah.

Best jackfruit dish I’ve ever had. Served over matzah with incredible sauces.
