A cold pickled aubergine salad with apple in a rich creamy dressing and a side of hot potatoes - a surprisingly tasty dish! I was slightly scared to taste it as I am truly not a fan of pickled anything, but it was really good!
And of course ‚Försters’ is just an absolutely lovely restaurant, with possibly *the* loveliest waiter. They serve traditional German cuisine at its finest and rethought: everything is vegan! The venue is modest and tasteful, with a couple of beautiful art pieces (I adore this cow painting 😍).
