I was super impressed with this dish, and pleasantly surprised that it was served with a super fresh green salad. Aubergines, lentils in a not too tangy tomato sauce topped with mash potato and grated vegan cheese - I like. (It's also available as a frozen meal at a fair price.)

I thoroughly enjoyed this delicious, hearty dish. It was packed with flavour and was a very generous portion. Balanced beautifully with the salad.
