Artichoke Po Boy

Artichoke po boy, yes please! This restaurant is serving up so many comforting dishes, this one included. Deep fried breaded artichoke with red cabbage and vegan mayo on a hoagie roll. This was greasy, rich, and super crunchy. Satisfying but perhaps would have been too oily for me, so I’m glad I shared it. #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease
