Arancino Al Ragù

Buonissimo! Pieno, saporito, non asciutto. Voto 10+

Unfortunately, this restaurant did not excite us. The place is nice, 1950s style and the staff very friendly but, the food we tasted was perhaps not the best choice. We ordered as appetizers an arancino , vegetable croquettes with a veg mayo and potato flans. They were all a bit dry, perhaps because they were reheated. The restaurant has a large counter with the dishes on view because it is also a take-out deli. For starters we ordered the pumpkin ravioli that had an extremely sweet sauce, a pesto lasagna that was a bit too salty and dry, and a veg carbonara that was good but, too hearty. For dessert we sampled the award-winning vegan tiramisu but, we were a bit disappointed, it too did not have much character, in sponge cake dipped in coffee was little compared to the cream. We should not have ordered both appetizers and entrees, it would have been better to taste the main courses, we will give it another chance.

Ultimamente recensisco pochi piatti di Antica Casa Rava e la ragione è che ho trovato i piatti che amo e tendo ad ordinare sempre quelli ... Stavolta ho cambiato antipasto e ho scelto l'arancino: buonissimo! La panatura è croccantissima e l'interno è morbido e saporito. #govegan

Tra gli antipasti che ho provato è uno di quelli che mi ha colpito di più, forse il più buono. L’esterno tendeva un po’ a rompersi ma si sposava benissimo con il ripieno.

Era un pò che avevo voglia di arancini e ho fatto davvero bene a prenderli per portarli a casa! Scaldati il giorno dopo sono ancora poi buoni
