So like I said in my previous review, the chefs of this restaurant really know how to fry stuff. This arancino (or arancina if you’re from Palermo 😉) has the perfect level of crunchiness and it’s filled with saffron rice and a super savory plant-based ragú. It’s accompanied with a sauce that tastes just like smoked scamorza which I found really tasty. I loved it. The price was 8€ which I found to be appropriate for this dish. We loved this. My sister and I regularly travel to Sicily and love arancini. To find a vegan version in Milan was a real treat. My sister said she wishes there was a tomato-Based sauce to accompany (more traditional). But I enjoyed as presented.
