Angel Hair Truffle Pasta

Angel hair lovers unite!!! Get mind-blown by this vegan-friendly truffle angel hair pasta! Pungent truffle aroma, rich flavours and a marvellous choice of choosing angel hair as the pasta type as the thin strands of noodles soaked up the mushroom and truffle essence as it slid down one’s throat. I was truly surprised by this marvel rendition. I wish there was more angel hair given😋 P.S. I also want to review a ramen that blew my mind from elemen but it seems like it’s only vegetarian-friendly :(

If you do the math, this is the most worth dish as part of the set. Unfortunately I found it a bit too one dimensional and gelat, although it had good flavour from the porcini mushroom #abillionturns3

Everything was cooked perfectly and the truffle smell was strong although it wasn’t as strong in the food. Got it as part of my set for better value for $$ #abvteamfoodtography

really really delicious (tasted more like mushroom soup + pasta than aglio) but not sure If its warrants a $19 price tag. Portion is p small. Beautifully plated. Part of 6 course set!

Unfortunately not a fan of this one. (I’m not a pasta lover) tasted very chinesy instead of really pasta?
