Aloo Paratha

This was a surprisingly big portion, I thought it would be more of a side but it could be a few meals if you’re into carb on carb haha. It did seem a little undercooked in the middle though so the potato and the dough sort of oozed together

A flat bread stuffed with spiced mashed potato and brushed with melted vegan butter 😍 Absolutely delicious!!! I'll definitely order this again.
