3 cup mixed vegetables

Sooo good. Obsessed with this dish and this restaurant.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a bunch of tofu in this dish! Nice variety of veggies in a mild but tasty brown sauce. If you’re like me and have a hard time with the mouth numbing, tingly Szechuan peppers that are all over spicy moon’s menu (wish I could handle them!), this is a safe dish. I wish the mushrooms and potatoes were cooked more, but overall I enjoyed it.
