炒麻辣面 Fried Mala Noodle

I was excited to see mala at this stall and they had a one person portion which I got. This cost $5. There were pretty few ingredients but the mala flavour was very tasty with the Maggie noodles. I got 微辣 the lowest spice level, it was not very spicy but very 麻 numbing. The peanuts added a delicious crunch and nutty flavour and the tofu skin pieces were perfect just that I wish there were more ingredients. Nice black fungus. If I were sharing I would definitely want to try to regular mala where I can choose the dishes I want. I saw other people having the claypot rice and it looked really good. #veganisnotscary 🎃

No mock meat as in picture. Perhaps more varies of vegetables given will be worthy as it cost $5. Taste is good. But felt bit of lacking as I actually expect for more different ingredients in the noodles.

Woah i didn’t expect all my fav ingredients to be in this! Wished i could change the noodles to sweet potato noodles but u don’t get to choose for this dish. Pls bring cash or else u will end up being a major L like me frantically looking for ATM in a heartland area LOL

One good thing about this dish is there's no mock meat👏👏👏 it's not that spicy but it's too "ma" (numb in tongue) till I couldn't taste the food except the peanuts, haha
