It’s my go-to for a road trip stop (so glad I have one now). It can be a little dry but the flavor is great. The only way I absolutely knew it wasn’t animal meat was that I didn’t have stomach issues afterwards. Asking for no mayo is hit or miss because depending on the service of the location, but at least a began option where my friends are willing to eat too. It’s not meant as a health food, but still a good substitute that is lower in carcinogens and has zero cholesterol.
