These #organic #chiaseeds are a great addition to water. It can be eaten or added directly but I find that it’s better to eat with water or other liquids. Can be used in cooking and baking too.
Add 1 tbsp of chia seeds to 3 tbsp of water to make a chia egg (substitutes 1 egg) for baking.
I find that using a wide surface area plate can prevent the seeds from clumping together in the water. You can also add the seeds to the water slowly.
