Review of Garlic & Herb Plant Based Spread - The Laughing Cow by rosieb33

I appreciate the thought of this product.. it feels like a gourmet treat to grab one of these as a #snack in the middle of the day. The flavor is definitely herby and delicious. It does have a slight old formula Daiya-esque taste, but not too significant.

The texture is somewhat crumbly and not quite easy to spread. I enjoyed trying it but probably wouldn't repurchase often for those reasons.
